- We work with you to define the requirements of the role or services to provide
- We determine if we can provide services via our existing staff or network of suppliers
- If needed, we go to the wider market
- We assess any potential candidates/suppliers
- We provide you a shortlist
- We arrange interviews and meetings with those you would like to see
- We agree rates and terms
- Upon agreement we provide you the services/resources via a contract or statement of work
- We work with you to define the requirements of the project and required resources
- We determine if we can provide services via our existing staff or network of suppliers
- If needed, we go to the wider market
- We assess any potential candidates/suppliers
- We provide you a shortlist
- We arrange interviews and meetings with those you would like to see
- We agree project costs and terms
