Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Analyse client business models, strategies, and capabilities to fully understand their challenges and aspirations.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage communication and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements using established techniques.
  • Manage business analysis activities independently, building trust and insight through empathetic collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Explore solution options, develop recommendations and roadmaps, and prepare business cases to support project objectives.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with business infrastructure, security, data architectures, and regulatory/commercial constraints.
  • Focus on enhancing customer value by assessing and improving impacted customer journeys.
  • Identify and highlight opportunities for innovation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced employee experiences.
  • Gather, structure, and prioritize requirements, creating user story maps and managing product backlogs.
  • Model and optimize business processes with attention to automation and efficiency gains.
  • Provide clear, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria to development and QA teams, supporting effective testing and delivery.
  • Develop supporting documentation such as logical data models, data mapping, UI/UX diagrams, state transition diagrams, and non-functional requirement specifications.
  • Assess change impacts on business units, customers, and concurrent initiatives.
  • Prepare business readiness materials including process documentation, training guides, communications plans, service designs, and operational procedures.
  • Support user acceptance testing, run pilot/model office sessions, and assist during hypercare periods.
  • Adhere to project governance, reporting, and client expectations management.
  • Work confidently with data flows and integration points across systems.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including Operations, Sales, and Client Success.
  • Identify and support new business development opportunities with clients.
  • Maintain compliance with internal delivery governance regarding knowledge sharing, issue escalation, and client relationship management.
  • Share expertise and mentor colleagues to strengthen the practice.
  • Actively contribute to team morale and performance.

Qualifications

  • BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or comparable professional experience.
  • Previous experience in digital transformation projects, particularly those involving regulatory compliance and data management, is highly desirable.
