Our global client is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Incident Manager to join their Business Services team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about security operations and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Operations (SecOps): As a key member of the Security Operations team within the Chief Information Security Office, you will oversee the incident management program, lead daily security operations, and enhance operational effectiveness across the organisation.
• Process Improvement: You will actively monitor the security posture of the company and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Managing incidents throughout their entire lifecycle, the Security Incident Manager will ensure timely resolution of disruptions affecting business continuity.
• Problem Solving: You will analyse complex situations and provide actionable recommendations. Leveraging insights from various stakeholders, you will develop and implement solutions to address challenges with team performance and security objectives.

Key Experience:

• 5+ Years of professional experience in IT and/or information security.
• Relevant professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP) are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of information security concepts, principles, and industry standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify needs and drive successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in both German and English to effectively communicate within a multinational environment.
