Enterprise Data Consultants/Architects who join one of Hydras IT's key clients at this time, will have unique opportunities to play a pivotal role in establishing a data-driven culture and enabling the organisation to leverage its data assets effectively. The positions will be for a minimum of 6 months and require 2 days per week in their London HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Data Management Framework: Assisting in the creation and implementation of an enterprise data management framework aligned with business objectives.
• SAP Migration Program: Providing expert support and guidance in a large-scale SAP migration program, ensuring data integrity and minimising disruption.
• Data Function Assessment: Evaluating and grading the current data function, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actionable solutions.
• Data Management Structure Design: Proposing optimal data management structures for the organisation's core digital systems to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
• Strategy Development and Implementation: Developing data strategies, providing expert recommendations, and taking ownership of implementation initiatives.
• AI Integration Support: Assisting with specific data elements related to AI initiatives, ensuring data quality and governance for successful deployment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in supporting organisations in maximising the value from data, building sustainable organisational and technological capabilities.
• Deep passion for data and a strong understanding of how to deliver business value effectively through data-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of technology and its application in achieving business goals.
• Experience in building foundational data capabilities to support emerging technologies such as AI.
• Demonstrated ability to balance the development of foundational data capabilities with the cultivation of differentiating, experimental, and innovative skills.
• Experience in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within organisations.
• Ability to support teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to utilise data effectively, safely, and ethically.
