Job Title: Principal/Lead Endur Back Office Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid – London (Flexible depending on location)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Minimum 6 Months

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience implementing and enhancing OpenLink Endur features
  • Deep knowledge of Physical and Financial Power and Gas Markets
  • Ability to lead independently and collaborate across teams
  • Solid experience across Front, Mid, and Back Office with emphasis on Back Office
  • Expertise in non-linear commodity/energy instruments and Endur representation
  • Skilled stakeholder engagement with Traders, Accounts, and Risk teams
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including postings, reconciliation, ledgers, and SAP integration
  • Functional expertise in Endur deal lifecycle management; Tax Manager and Hedge Analyzer experience a plus
  • Proficient in Endur configuration for deal lifecycle, confirmations, settlement invoicing, and scheduling
  • Creative problem-solver within a transparent change control framework
  • Familiar with Endur reporting, risk simulation, APM, TPM, DMS, Connex, and EOD workflows
  • Knowledge of Endur deployment, including CMM import/export and cloud DevOps
  • Experience collaborating with business analysts and traders to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Skilled in rigorous testing to ensure quality outcomes
  • Experienced in hybrid internal/external teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies

Preferred Experience:

  • Expertise in energy or commodities markets, including natural gas, power, LNG, renewables, or oil
  • Knowledge of scheduling, logistics, and volume actualization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with strong academic records; MBA, Masters in Accounting, or CPA highly desirable
  • Proven involvement in Endur implementation and upgrade projects with industry best practices
