Hydras is working closely with a leader in the property management software industry currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a view to moving into a Lead role. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the evolution of their core products and work amongst highly innovative professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather insights and requirements to inform product development.
Create feature projects and user stories for Agile development cycles.
Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and review the work produced by the development team.
Establish and agree on acceptance criteria for deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Write and execute detailed test plans to validate requirements are met.
Record and evaluate reported client issues, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.
Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of Agile Principles and familiarity with Scrum methodology.
Proven experience with the use or implementation of Property Management or Accounting systems.
Solid knowledge of financial and property accounting principles.
Familiarity with property management and accounting practices.
Proficiency in SQL Management Studio for data manipulation and reporting.
Experience using JIRA or other project tracking software to manage project deliverables effectively.
